I bought these for my 6 year old daughter. She loves them. I chose Heelys with double wheels because I was told these were better for beginners.
Although I thought they were rather expensive, I must admit the quality is extremely good ; they appear to be very hard wearing.

Bought as a Christmas present for grand-daughter. Slightly too small
which was good because they'll last longer as she grows into them.
She said they were Ok walking in them, with or without the rollers.
We relied on Amazon supplying them before the Christmas weekend
which you did, because the request for them from g-d was only made
the previous week.
