These were "interesting" like walking on wobbly platform shoes, a strange and disconcerting feeling. They improve as you accustomise your self to them.
I'm sure they'll feel like an old frend after a while but will I ever get used to ordinary shoes again?

I wanted to try this type of shoe but was cautious. A reviewer mentioned that she wore these for long hours, so I wanted to give them a try. They are terrific. As a nurse working 12+ hr shifts, miles and miles, these are wonderful. Not as high a profile as other shape-ups, these do the job. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a shape up with good arch support.
